Are your tumblers handmade?
Yes! Every tumbler is handmade and made to order with care, making each piece unique. We also have a section on our website with tumblers ready made by us as opposed to made to order for those who'd wish to have a browse of some designs and purchase right away.
Please note - due to the bulk manufacturing process of stainless steel and single/double walled acrylic tumblers, minor scratches, marks, air bubbles or other cosmetic imperfections may occasionally be visible on the tumbler, including within the sealed double-wall section or rim where they cannot be removed. These imperfections are present before customisation and do not affect the functionality, safety or durability of the finished product.
How long will my order take to make?
We aim to get your order made and out the door within 3 business days from the date of order although sometimes this can be sooner. This does not include shipping time.
Please not that we are small business, and as all items are handmade to order, processing times may vary depending on demand.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
We do not unfortunately ship outside the UK at this time.
How long does shipping take and who is your shipping provider?
All UK orders are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
Once dispatched, the estimated UK delivery time is around 2-3 working days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods, strikes or delays outside of our control.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Unfortunately no. As all items are custom, handmade, and made to order, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- Any damage
We quality check and carefully package all our items before dispatch. Damage reported after delivery will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Why has the content inside my tumbler settled?
Settling is completely normal, will always happen and is the whole idea of a snow globe tumbler. Simply shake or in the case of lava or drip tumblers, flip over the tumbler a few times to gently redistribute the contents and reactivate the flow.
Why are there air bubbles in my snowglobe tumbler?
Air bubbles are completely normal and an essential part of a functional snow globe tumbler. We leave a small air pocket inside the cup for two main reasons:
The Flow: the air pocket gives the liquid/glitter room to move, allowing for that mesmerising effect.
Safety: just like a traditional snow globe, the bubble is required so the liquid can expand and contract safely.
Will the bubble change size or will more bubbles form?
Yes! Because these cups travel through different climates and room temperatures during shipping and once delivered, these changes can cause air bubbles to enlarge over time or for multiple ones to form.
Also, naturally, air bubbles will always reappear over time and cannot be stopped, but this will not affect the overall performance of your tumbler.
How do I care for my tumbler?
To keep your tumbler in the best condition:
- Handwash only, gently, with no harsh sponges
- Store top down
- Do not drop
- Do not soak in water
- Do not put it in the dishwasher
- Do not put it in the microwave
- Avoid using for hot drinks (does not apply to the stainless steel tumblers)
- Avoid extreme temperatures
- Avoid direct sunlight
- Do not freeze or refrigerate: This can damage the acrylic material, the rubber suction inside the lid and the internal solution.
Are your tumblers leakproof?
Our tumblers are hand sealed around the top rim and the bottom and have been tested with normal usage over a period of time with no leakage occurring. We strongly recommend following the care instructions above to ensure no issues. Dropping or handling them roughly is likely to naturally cause a leak if it cracks or is dented, just like with any other cup or mug in your home.
Can I customise my order?
Yes, you have the choice of style and colours for your tumbler. The only thing we do not yet do are custom wraps for the cups, however we have a large selection of gorgeous ready made ones for you to choose from.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
The photos shown on each product page are for demonstration purposes only in order to show you what the specific 'style' or 'effect' will look like, so no it will not look like the photos unless you request your item be replicated as per the photos.
Note: As all items are handmade to order, if you request a copy of a product already made, slight variations in colour, glitter placement, or design may occur. This is part of the handmade charm and makes each item unique.
What happens if I enter the wrong address?
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
