Shipping policy

All items from Krafts By Kav are handmade and made to order. Please allow processing time for your order to be carefully created before dispatch.

Processing Time

We aim to get your order made and out the door within 3 business days from the date of order. This does not include shipping time. 

Please not that we are small business, and as all items are handmade to order, processing times may vary depending on demand.

UK Shipping

We currently only ship within the UK.

All UK orders are shipped via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Once dispatched, the estimated UK delivery time is around 2-3 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods, strikes or delays outside of our control. 

You will receive tracking information where applicable once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at kraftsbykav@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you further.
