Refund policy
Due to the personalised and handmade nature of our products (and health and hygiene reasons for earrings and tumblers), we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on any orders once they have been placed and production has begun. Therefore please only place an order when you are ready.
Quality Control
Each item is carefully handmade and thoroughly quality-checked before being securely packaged and dispatched. As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, design, or finish may occur and are natural. These just add to the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered faults.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us on kraftsbykav@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the item, and packaging. While we are not responsible for damage caused during transit, we will assist you in raising a claim with the delivery carrier where possible.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery handling and timelines are the responsibility of the courier. Delays caused by postal services are outside our control.

International Orders
We offer worldwide shipping. All items are handmade and made to order, and all sales are final.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for delays, customs holds, or damage caused during international transit; however, we will assist where possible in contacting the courier.
